Default Contrasts shadow and light

I was drinking coffee, on my porch, and saw this next door.

On down the road I was thinking about doing a challenge having something to do with shadows, and it looks like you're all ready to go.

This photo brings the interesting fact that the non-photographer sees a wall; the photographer sees patterns of light and dark.

I really like the semi-humor that there's a tiny twig in the lower left corner and a huge shadow - it almost looks as if that tree threw such a large shadow - not the obviously large tree outside the photo!

What a great thing to notice! I looked back up at the photo and, sure enough, there was that bold and sassy little twig of a thing.

Very profound - that the small can do great things.

Great picture, and yes very humorous with that tiny twig and the huge shadow.

the contrast of geometric and organic is excellent! Organic tree shadow and geometric fence slats, cool stuff
