Default Seeing Double: Meep Meep!

OK - I remember what I did to make this Christmas (next) gift for stepson (who loves his car). Three photos, used the hood as the background. Cloned out a nasty scratch. Cut and pasted two other shots, big-time feather, and just pasted them down. Cloned out some dirt, burned in the Pontiac plate a little. Cloned out the phone lines in the background hood. Motion blurred just the back (with a feather). Spent an hour playing with styles and effects and adding more shots and tweaking opacity - but just kept coming back to this.

Yep, my initial impressions seem to be gaining force. Monkey, because of Barb's forum I think you have learned to appreciate a new dimension in photography (the image processing dimension) and you are demonstrating clearly that you have an aptitude in this area. You are pusing buttons that you have never pushed before and loving it, and it's very cool to see!

I hope Barb also sees the wonderful motivation that she is generating in many. Cool stuff!

Thanks, guys! Jason is REALLY hard to shop for, so blown up to 11x14 and framed nicely ought to take care of him. Since you guys thinks it's OK, of course!

but just kept coming back to this.
I've experienced the same kind of thing, and it's how I learned (the hard way) to save each and every version just in case I end up not liking the succeeding ones.

Good work, Betsy.
