That's a cool one, Betsy. (Did you do it while you were eating cookies?)

I most certainly did, Barb! Actually, this was a clock my Pop Pop made for my Nana (the grandfather with the 4 patents for the Bessemer process). It was suggested by a critic that the photo might be better suited by tweaking it as follows (but I didn't reapply the text so you could see the photo better):

Very well done, monkey143.
You have perfectly hit the challenge target !

I think Salvador Dali would have been very proud of you !

Thanks - I like the unusual, but not necessarily angst-filled. Perhaps this would be better suited for his wife (or lover - I'm not sure of his orientation).

LOL - of course it's Photoshop - unless PopPop's gift to Nana was a warped clock!

Default No Time

Monkey 143 = 8 = 2 to the 3rd power for the "n" th time:

I love the idea, well executed and cool tick-tock.

According to a theory put forth by Julian Bond, an English Philosopher, time is an artifact of man and there is no time only now. It is an interesting concept. If we did not have cumulative memory, would we still have time.

Perhaps this is not a good time to discusss time but considering this weeks timely challenge perhaps your image was timed to cause a wrinkle in time. Hence, I found the doorway to Never Never Land and will join Captain Hook's ship. Yes, I have lost it.

Yes, Rod, time is a concept developed by man. I don't think it's really a dimension - eternity is, tho.
