LOL - I'd never heard of this before, either, Vito! I did a search on Amazon to match the photo so I could post this one. DH (dear hubby, remember? ) had it with his spaghetti tonight. I'm fending off a sore throat so I had broth. Mmmm.

I'll bet your version of the cover is better than the actual one. In particular is the photo itself, one you could have also used for the "Good Sense" challenge. A pepper is just a pepper, but with a bite out of it, anyone who's chomped down on one of these babies has instant memory of both flavor and sensation.

Couldn't you scare the life out of a sore throat with a bite of hot pepper? The American Indians used a form of medicine that I can't remember the term for, but, for instance, they'd rub a particular plant on the forehead of someone who had a headache. This plant set up a prickly, burning sensation on the skin, and the person would focus on that sensation instead of the headache, often losing the ache in the process.

Thanks, Barb! I am actually using the sore throat to keep my focus away from the other things that would get me uptight - like work, my annual physical (in an hour), etc.
