Wow - I'm not sure what I was afraid of. I was terribly, terribly shy - so perhaps people?

You mean, Betsy, there were no monsters in the closet or under your bed?!!

Barb, there really weren't! I grew up in an old, creaky (though rebuilt) house, slept in my own room after about 10 years old, and only really remember one nightmare involving Kenny Rogers-meets-Freddy-Kreuger! I am an avid Stephen King fan so I love the macabre but the book of Revelation really did it for me. That was never really a dust bunny or monster, tho.

Then you've yet to see a ghost. It's lurking just around that dark corner.

Sounds like some of this group needs to watch the movie "Little Monsters" if you haven't already. Most folks love it, some hate it but it's about the monsters that live under your bed. Fred Savage is the kid and Howie Mandel the main monster. My kids and I loved it.....can't believe that movie is already 15 years old. Let's summarize to say it's cute, funny and sometimes disgusting.....

I'll contribute a photo to this challenge one of these days. Between looking for a job, doing odd jobs and taking every chance to shoot some 1's and 0's, I just haven't had time. For now, it's fun to look, read and comment periodically.....

I, for one, just need to squelch an entirely too-vivid imagination.

You're entirely welcome here, whether you contribute a photo or not. We all learn from what we see and what we read.
