Default Close up - Money

Did this with a Fuji S2 with a Nikkor 28-105 lens at 105mm. This lens has a switch on it to change to macro mode so you can focus extremely close (and have a very shallow depth of focus as you can see)

Here is a 1:1 crop of the original image.

If you get in close enough there are enough lines, curves & patterns that I think it fits the challenge.

Even without getting in closer, it fits the challenge. It is, however, hampered a bit by numbers and words, which immediately set the mind to naming things instead of looking at them for what they really are: just lines that move across paper.

Default cool

Very cool, I could image the use of the first image as the backgroud to an ad or even a CD cover. We usually think of line, form, texture, etc to form a design but numbers and words can also form a pattern or design. Perhaps, it is my techno-head.
