As I looked more closely at the spiderweb, the word "Wow" formed in my mouth.

From a personal point of view I think the stuff in the water at the bottom could disappear.

I disagree, Selvin. Without whatever that is in the water, the eye would slide right on out of the frame. The form in the water mirrors the shape of the web, completing the composition.

Exceptional photography, Alan.

great shot, I like the effect of the item in the H2O (bolded item is for Vito, to make sure he is getting enough science in).

I think I'm missing something. It is a nice shot, but what's "wow" about the web? - certainly nice, but has Charlotte been here and my monitor's not picking it up?

I am, Barb, ops: but that's the kind we see on every dewey morning on our grass, from our eaves, etc. It is nice, a work of art, and well-photographed, but when PKC said "as I looked more closely at the web, "wow" formed in my mouth" I thought that perhaps there was a word or unusually ornate pattern that I just can't see.
