You stumped me on this one, but I just had to come up with something. Here's a bird house my wife painted a couple of years ago which is hanging on an ivy covered tree in our backyard.

Great idea! It took me two days to figure out what photo to take, and even then I wasn't happy with what I had!

Nice photo indeed.

This is fantastic. I really like this one. I'm in the market for a bird house.

There may be nary a door in this picture, only a doorway, but whatcruel personwould put doors into a birdhouse? Not only is this a nice photo, but it also speaks of a talented mate!

Nice shoot. Hope your lovely wife is selling this type of art/craft. There are dollars in the rustic folk craft look. This would sell very well in the right gift gallery, providing the price points are right - talented.

To my wife this is mainly a hobby she enjoys when time allows. She does sell a few items from time to time when participating with her club, the Old Dominion Decorative Painters, in an annual craft show; but she never has time to turn out enough work to make this a successful business venture. At least she sells enough to buy paints and brushes to support her hobby which is a lot better than I do with mine. She loves all facets of painting and hasdone everything from oil portraits of our kids to decorative painting onwood and metal ware. She uses water colors, acrylics, pencil, charcoal, oils, etc. etc. I sometimes kid her by telling her she should find one medium and concentrate on that but she says that would take the fun out of it! The walls of our house are covered with her work.
