I feel that we shouldn't discriminate against colors. Rather we should embrace their differences.

This is my stack of Prism Micron's at Ocean Shores, WA. Each kite has about an 18 inch wingspan. I'm not sure what happened with the tail of the yellow kite. All of the tails match the outer color of the kites faily well, but the yellow one turned green in all of my pictures.

Gorgeous photo - tongue-in-cheek (?) byline :-)- but does it meet the challenge? I love it, anyway!

Iprobably haven'tmeet the criteria exactly, but I have always loved red in my kites.I think it is partly because it is grey up here in the sunny:lol:Pacific Northwest most of the time I am out flying kites. The red provides a great contrast to the sky.

What does matter is that, in some way, everyone knows you were thinking RED when you took the picture.
You love red kites and so you have some, you took a picture of them. I think you passed with a good photograph. But I'm not in charge. :-)

Could they have come out green because the WB was wrong? That is the only reason I can think of, but all the other colours were correct?

I think it's a perfect example of how red behaves in a picture. Regardless of there being other colors, the eye snaps right back to the red.
