What should we do if we have some ideas for a challenge, bcoultry? Message you or keep quiet. :-)

Yeah I'll let you know. I have some film in the camera at the moment so don't want to start playing just yet. I might trip the shutter.

By the way, is there anything else to call you other than bcoultry, bcoultry? And where did you get that name?

Ferny and Pickles, you may call her Barb (if she lets you) or Grand Poobah. :-)

Barbara, can I call you Barb? I'll let you call me Geoff instead of geoffs or Geoffrey... :-)

Ferny, just PM me with any bright ideas or even hare-brained ones if you like.

To tell all of you true, I know you call me Barb out of friendliness, but it's a nickname I've never cared for, and here's what's at the heart of it: when I first met Sue waaaay back in college, I asked her why she always called me Barbara and not Barb like most people did. She said, "You are not a Barb. Barbs are cute, and you're a lot of things, but you sure aren't cute." She got that one right, and she and I have now been best friends for 39 years.:-)

Grand Poobah works, too.

Wow, I never thought so. Barbara is elegant but Barb is serious and modern. Barbie is my sister or cutesy from decades ago. I'll call you Barbara, then. Just not Barbra. Never cared for her, though saying so may get me in trouble with her fanatics.

BabwaWawa, courtesy of the late great Gilda Radner - we still call my sister Babwa.

Vito, I meant Barbra (without the extra A) - a legend in her own mind - Barbra Striesand. :-)
