Nice shot and good use of light. Very imaginative. But the embroidery on the cap is distracting me. Can't you burn it?

hmm....i like the light on the hat...but...i don't think this one is as good as your "night on the town" one....

maybe it's because i can't seem to connect the hat into the theme....

is that "Y" for "Yale"?

Now I can see it better the cap isn't as bad as I first thought. I still think it is a little distracting (the light line leading to it to) but nowhere near as bad as I first thought.

Hmmmm.....delightful, Bcoultry

The lighting is wonderfully gentle...seemingly an afterthought.

It suggests that the owner of the maps is:

1. Retired

2. Comfortable financially

3. Loves to travel first vicariously on a map

4. Then, in real life, to the nearest Yankees game!

Nice pictures I like it.

I had this thought that the person grew up in a small town and dreams of going to New York City. Not the intent of the photo but hey .

My goodness, but you got hung up on the cap's emblem, didn't you? Two of you, however, understood the significance of it. (Shame on you, Vito.:sad The truth is that it's my son's hat, and with a great deal of care, he one dayplucked out the "N". If I were to change anything, it wouldn't be to mute the "Y"; instead,it would be toclone back in the "N". I'm a New Yorker, after all. Ferny, being a Brit, you're forgiven for not knowing it was a NY Yankees cap.:-)

I knew it was the Yankees. We know more about your sports over here than you know about ours. :-)
I hope I didn't appear overcritical or as if I were nit-picking. I like it.

Actually, you probably know more about our sports than I do.

And no, you didn't seem too critical. Besides, if all anyone said aboutevery photo was, "Wow!" and "Great!" and so forth, how the heck couldwe improve? We'd all end up walking around with toilet paper stuck to our shoe.
