I would do something similar for my avatar, but it can only be 15k.

Thanx ferny.

Well, morphing animation are very heavy indeed !

The original one was 900 Kbytes.

I had to reduce width and height of the shot, number of transition steps and frames per second to go below the 256K thresold for uploads, hence affecting quality very much

That's why I left my old forums where I had 4,000 posts. The forum bosses became forum dictators. They took away "general discussion" and made it only about horse topics. If you spoke of something other than horses they would either delete the whole topic (even if it was yours and you were only speaking of horses but other people came in and changed the subject.. so your question would be left unanswered etc.) or ban the member. I was one of the highest ranking members (post # wise) but there were about 10 above me , and about 7 of them got their whole account deleted.

That forum became not fun at all, so i quit. I hope that never happens to this

An off-topic forum is normally the most active forum and keeps people posting so that when an on-topic question comes along there are users there to reply to it.
I've seen lots of people become moderators and turn into little Hitler's overnight. They get two extra buttons on their screen and they go loopy.
