This is a favorite photo of mine, it was ripped and a black and white which I have restored with photoshop and black magic. This photo was taken around 1948 when my parents were dating. I think they were pretty cool.:-)

My grandmother is now 98 and is still a dare devil:-)I guess she could not have stopped mum doing this as she was just as bad. I think dad may have been frowning because not long before the photo was taken my mother had tried to ride it alone and dropped the bikle on it's side, the fuel had poured out for a moment and fuel was rationed at that time. Im not sure why, Im sure the war was long finished.This was taken in Portsmouth, England late forties. So if anyone knows why the fuel would have been rationed, Id be interested.
