This isn't the sort of picture I wanted to post. I wanted one that would give you ample opportunity to use your imagination. Like sergio's lamp. Still, this one needs a touch up.

After complaining in sergio's post how I was struggling to find one to post I caught Abby digging another hole. I paused for a moment and thought about my options. Tell here off or take a picture. The orange eye-sore on the right is a fence we put up to stop her going into place where she isn't allowed.

This is straight from the camera except for a 50% size reduction. So I'll be interested to see what you guys do to it compared to what I normally do before I post one of mine.

Click the link for a better picture. I'm hosting these at fotopic because of the larger image size.

And after uploading I've noticed that fotopic has turned a 15kb file into a 25kb file and a 448kb into a 96kb file.

Click crummy picture for a better one.

I thought I'd use fotopic's compression and uploaded a 2.4MB file. It's turned it into a 39KB file. Click the link below. It is straight from the camera, no resize or other editing. So you can crop, delete and play to your hearts content.

Thanks for the large photo! I'll have to play with it later.

Cute! And nice improvement. Again, these shoud have been posted in the original threads so we can see "before and after" - when I try to move them, where I want to move them TO is not a choice :-)so I'm going to leave them as-are. If you do more (and I hope you do!!) please be sure to post them in the original thread, as we've been doing. :-)

Very cute dog! I like her expression :-)

In Photoshop:

Cropped and sharpened
Curves
Burned in the eyes a bit
Erased the fence and replaced it with grass from the left side of image

My take on it:

Keep the dirt and the hole because then you know why she's trying to look so dern cute and innocent!

Play with the curves a little to brighten it

Clone out the fence and anyother thing that's distracting

Darken the hole so it's a little more obvious using the paintbrush tool.

Here's what Igot:

Photomage, wonderful touching-up of Abby!

And, DD, wonderfully creative concept. You're right about the hole. It adds character!
