Okay here we go

I couldn't tell ya exactly what I did, but I used3 layers

one layer I pointilized and then brought up lightness and saturation It's opacity was about 30

Another layer I did glowing edges and opacity about 30 again

The bottom layer I kept the same but I brought up saturation to lighten it.

I don't know what to think about it, really.

Gorgeous mosaic, Discodudette

It reminds me of the stone kits that came with flat colored stones, a stonecutter kinda pliers and guide on how to put the mosaic together.

Duplicated the layer and removed the middle circle and did a charcoal filter and then adjusted the levels to give it more red. I then removed everything except the middle circle on the top layer and did a neon glow filter. Was going for that James Bond look.

All I need after seeing these are some love beads, long hair and a VX Camper with flowers on the side.

Here is my version:

Layer of colored pencil, large stroke width and masked in the center to show original center.

I like what you've done here. Nice improvement, and it does sorta have that stained glass feel to it. Good job.
