Julie, very nice! Though piggy looks somewhat "pasted" on, I really love the background treatment - and how long did it take for you to select him so perfectly? I tried and gave up in disgust. Fantastic!

And, wes, ferny's had (and made!) delightful fun with my hat over the last month. You never know where it will crop up next... :-)

What about a little shadow if piggy is a separate layer - do a drop shadow? Or burn in a little of the ground where his shadow would fall - and here and there throughout the wall background to add some depth? Again, kudos for a far better job of selecting piggy than I could ever do! :-)
