I wish I either had the tools to correct the flare or had stepped down the exposure here but reflection of the shadow of the real flag rather shocked me when I relocated this shot from last spring.....This is the traveling Viet Nam Wall Memorial.

Nice image RG. Having been to the memorial in Washingtoon almost 20 years ago, I am amazed at the emotion it can still bring up in me.

Very nicely done, RGRotts...

The soft reflections on the Wall itself seem to echo the losses suffered by 55,000 families in the Vietnam War...

Nature and time heal...but the scars on the soul remain.

Thanks for your insight on this d.g.f.....I visited the wall alone this time it was in town and it stirred many emotions. From where I'm standing, more than half of the wall is behind me!! That number is just staggering.
