Here is a pic of Avalanche Lake in Glacier National Park. The mountains reflect in the calm lake.

Yes, a glass-smooth lake is often hard to find

Esp since hike to this lake is short and very popular with tourists.

wow....wata reflection! very cool!

all it needs...is a nice foreground element, or dramatic sunset/sunrise sky, and you got one heck of a shot!
