Scott, first of all, welcome! I can tell you will be a valuable addition to our "family." That photo is absolutely breathtaking. Very, very nice. Thank you also for all the details and information. :-)

Scott, I'm originally from a little town only you on this Board will recognize (if you do). It's Bridgeville, just southwest of Pittsburgh. Ever hear of it? What part of Pgh are you from?

Well, unfortunately I have not heard of it. I lived in the oakland area while I went to school at University of Pittsburgh from 1996-2000. I then hung around a few years extra. I loved it, such a beautiful city.

I hope to travel back there this fall.

Great "vision", Scott to "see" this composition!

Incredible gallery too...reminds me of Art Wolfe's work.

Scott, I can't believe you lived in Oakland and hadn't heard of Bridgeville. It's pretty close to the Starlake Amphitheatre and only about 20 min from the Pgh Intl Airport as well as Robinson Town Centre. During high school my friend and I would go to the Upstage Lounge. Is it still there? What about the O for great french fries? :-)My sister started her Master's in Library Science at Pitt but her first week there a bus ran into her (she was fine but the bus kept going). She was getting married the next year, to be a stay-at-home mom and that was the nudge she needed to get out of the city.:?She quit grad school and is quite happy in the rolling hills of Ohio. I am in Somerset, PA now. :-)
