Great photograph. I'm not a huge fan of your text there. But that photo! Can you hear me clapping from here?

Nope, I don't think I've heard the song. Not that I can remember at least.
I didn't mean the text, text. But rather the font.

Nice mood, digcamfan!! Makes you wonder about the couple and where they are going, or if it even matters...because they are together. COOL!

Digcamfan,

As your photo downloaded (slowly via my dial-up), I first saw a globe on a pole, which reminded me instantly of the astronomical garden which used to be at Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope, nr Manchester, UK.

The Sun and (most of) the planets of the solar system were represented to scale in a very large arboretum. Nowadays, the globes aren't there, and there is a boring flat interpretative sign for each of the planets within the range of the garden.

So, in a somewhat similar setting to your wonderful picture, you could imagine yourself on a deep space mission, near the edge of the solar system, strolling slowly home.

OK - who DOESN'T know Homeward Bound! Ferny, you're toooooo young! I love the photo. Absolutely stellar! I love how the figures stand out from the mist. I am also hearing the 59th Street Bridge song in my head on this one, since there are lampposts here. Another S&G song. You've all heard it but might not know its title.

I know the film. Was it in that? It's been years since I've seen it though. The original I'm talking about.
