I took this on the tarmac at the Denver airport (not a security breach, I was authorized to be there). They were loading the last of the baggage and cargo.

Pushing back...

The plane is being pushed back by the tug for an on time departure. This was taken through the window of the terminal and I was fighting with a bad sun angle.

Spooling up!

They were in the process of starting, or spooling up the engines. The puff of smoke is a result of it being a cold day in Denver, in these condition you get a brief puff of smoke for a fraction of a second at the instant the fuel first ignites in the engine.
