Was that taken during the afternoon? I'm just looking at the length of the shadows.
It's cool how the one on the right almost points directly at the lighthouse.

1:49pm GMT, according to the exif file (just after lunch, right at the tip of the peninsula). So it's just our low sun in winter.

As you're on the right side of the country, you may be interested to know that the road washed away a fortnight ago, and the locals expect it to be an island within 2 years. Associated British Portsare currently attempting to repair the road, as the only full-time lifeboat station in the country and the Humber Pilot station are there at the Head. The lifeboatmen's and pilots' kids will have to go to school by LandRover along the beach until it's fixed.
