crikey! You mean people make taco shells? I thought they grew on trees and Old El Paso picks them and ships them to the supermarket! Which is why I shall never own a restaurant in my lifetime!

Seriously, very industrious and no doubt worth the effort. Interesting series.

Unfortnately the tortillas that I used were already made. I just heat them and fry them up. My grandmother however does make her own.
