although the angle is a bit high, the faces shown here are priceless!

love the slice of life

Thanks... I think I'm getting the hang of the channel mixer.. It's just like using colored filters for b&w film.. The dodge and burn reminder helped too..

btw...the angle comment above...was just, it's usually best to be eye level...

but this shot kinda shows a 'motherly' angle..the world from your point of view

Sure... I fully understood your comment and I completely agree.. But the expressions on these two characters weren't going to wait for me to squat down to thier level.. Like your Canon, my Panasonic has a fixed screen so it makes speed shooting something like this a bit difficult at times..
