First thing out of my mouth was OOooooooo, cool. I think I would have gone for a little more depth of field but that's me. Really well seen and caught. Nicely done.

Thank you all for your comments. They make me feel like I just got a B+ or even an A on a test! :-)
Suzan, interesting your thought on DOF. I never really thought of increasing it, I purposely placed a narrow DOF focus point near the center of the photo thinking nobody wanted to be distracted by the ugly spikes in the ties in the foreground. I may have to take another just to see! :-)

I like the way the tracks came out, but I can't help but being distracted by the sky. It's so dark, hazyand gloomy you'd think you werenext toa coal burning plant in the 1920's.

But hey, you can't really control what mother nature does with the sky, so don't take that as a slam on you or your photo, it certainly isn't intended that way.
