Brrrrrrrrrrr - nice entry - i think it fits the challenge well, especially the way you have done it inB&W. I can nearly feel the icy chill:-)

it's got a bit of a purple-ish tint (or seems to) that gives a nice cold feeling

yosemite rocks doesn't it?

Thanks,

This pic was scanned in from a 4 by 6 photo. No telling what kind of tint it has. Lucky we can still tell what it is suppose to be. I have about 300 slides that I need to get scanned. I am thinking of buying a slide/negative scanner for my older photos. Anybody got any suggestions let me know.

Suze,

The chill was definitely there. I think this was either Xmas day or the day after Xmas in the park. Very special time to see the deer and a dear frolicking in the snow.

*S*

I will have to see if I can get some more of these scanned. They were all shot in B/W since it was something I wanted to try. Some are quite striking.
