Well, I started experimenting again with the custom white balance today, and I found a way to create a semi-Sepia look, a feature my camera does not have. I used my white ceramic kitchen sink as the subject, and the blue VCR LED as the custom WB. Let me know what you all think.

On my monitor, the second photo looks more pink than it does sepia, but regardless, the auto white balance in your camera functions very well...unless the kitchen was lit by daylight. Was it?

The auto white balance was with the flash, no kitchen light, and it was raining outside. I usually keep the camera on auto white balance, as it does a very good job. The only time it generally falters is in very yellow light, where the picture remains pretty yellow. Putting it on incadesent mode fixes that, as would custom probably. And yeah, the picture is a little more pink than Sepia.
