Just an example of what happens when you accidentally set the WB to tungsten. This was taken last year,but just postedto show accidents happen.

Yes, accidents definitely happen, but there's no way of knowing without being told that this was an accident. Could be there were blue lights all over the place, right?

Have you since corrected the color with your photo editor?

No Barb there were no blue lights. And yes I did a lot of PS work to save the pic. Elvis was happy.:-)

The only way I can figure that you got that coloring INDOORS from a WB error is that the stage lighting was using lamps that had a color temperature of 6500K, the color of bright sunlight. Generally, the lighting used in theaters and nightclubs are not corrected for daylight, but are just high power incandescent light with various gelatine filters for color. Consequently, having the WB set for tungsten does not explain this picture. This is a mystery to me. I like the picture but I definitely do not understand it! :-?

Cal there was no stage lighting. Here is a pic I took before I made the mistake. This was set to auto WB. Both these pics are right from the cam unretouched. This was a banquet hall for a birthday party.
