Night shots always give me problems 'specially eith the overexposure of the lights.

I like what you've done with this - amazing how timed-exp can give you the feeling of an object moving at a higher speed.

The problem with both of these shots is that they are significantly over exposed making then too bright. If these were shot in auto, the metering system is the culprit. You probably needed to use some negative exposure compensation to reduce the brightness. A value of -1.0 would probably be sufficient.

You could also use a neutral density filter to reduce the light but you would need to use shutter priority mode to maintain the slow shutter speed to capture the motion.

to be honestI don't have a clue on how these were taken,I just did P and shot them, those where the daysI didn't even knew what P meant ( well not thatI do now :blahI even knew less about metering and a little bit about exposure, thats what at least for me make them sort of "special"
