This was taken awhile ago,5-7-05 no PP, resize only.

Panasonic FZ20

F/8 @ 6 seconds in Manual mode.

Very nicely done, your tripod is rock steady. The curvature adds quite a bit of interest. It almost has an abstract effect.

Looks like I-5 through downtown Portland. Where were you shooting from? It looks like you were either on top of an overpass or in a tall building.

Regarding a police vehicle with flashing lights, it would probably show up as dashed colored lines.

Thank you Cal,

I was shooting on a catwalk that goes over the highway for pedestrians to cross the street. This was on the edge before the cyclone fencing started, its about 15 feet above the road.

As far as the police lights i think that would be fun and interesting, it would be a matter of being at the right place at the right time though.
