You have a very nice scene working here. It is a little dark. I would increase the exposure by about one f-stop. That will probably blow out the moon but it will bring out more details in the rest of the shot. If it were me (my personal preference) I would frame the scene with the moon just outside the picture. It might still make the top of the picture quite bright. You would need to experiment with that.

Read my comments posted in reply to your night clouds picture and the comments here. The exposure principals are the same in both shots. If you have any questions, I'll ask my dog. Just kidding. Night shooting is very tricky but the rewards are great if you get the proper exposure. Feel free to ask questions. If I don't know the answer, I'm sure there is someone here who does.
