This is the first year I went to these races, I definately could use some practice at this type of action shots, but it sure was fun. These are the better shots of the bunch, compressed to save some space.

#4 This one is pretty blurry, but it gives you a good idea of the rain andhow narrow the river is.

Edit: Note the sign? It says slow tono wake!:?

Great action for sure! But they scare me!* A little too close to the people! I can imagine the sound! But then it's a great photo if it evokes an emotion I think!
