If a boat is something in which you can travel on the water then by extension that floating chair would also qualify. If you don't tie it down and you fall asleep you will find yourself two miles down the river when the tide is going out!

You are correct, however the challenge description specifies a boat or ship powered by motor or sail. I guess if the floating chair would qualify for sail power if it were loose and there was enough wind. Not a very big sail, though! :-?

The boat is obviously sinking (or completely sunk) and this poor woman hasn't woken from her lazy summer nap on the deck.
