HHMMMM..............I'm thinking it's either deck rail or the back of a lawnchair. What's throwing me off is the fact that the slats are crooked.

Well, I've been studying this shot and I think it is the railing of a bridge or overpass with a car stopped in front of it. The shot appears to be looking across the top of the hood or the car to the railing. I can't make out the objects behind the railing but they appear to be at a lower level which is consistent with the bridge railing theory.

In any case, it is a very interesting shot.

OK. Here's a hint. It's transportation-related. It is old (think the 30's). And it is land-based. Just like my other entry, but they're of different subjects.
