This beautiful lady was part of a group that entertained us on the boat going up the Wailua River to the Fern Grotto on the island of Kauai. She and another lovely young lady performed and attempted to teach the hula while the rest of the group sang and played their Ukeleles and guitars. This was shot on our 2004 Hawaii cruise.

Nikon D100, Sigma 28-70mm f2.8 lens.

Cal,

Tack sharp and even with the flash the highlights aren't blown. The Fern Grotto river ride is very memorable and I hope the Fern Grotto lived up to your expectations. A few years back air pullution began to take its toll on the poor ferns.

Aloha

Agree with Rose, especially with you under that parrot contraption. That would be a sight to behold. Did you keep the grass skirt?
