Nice shot. The color, exposure, and focus are spot on. However, since the horizon is not showing, one does not get a sense of size or scale. If including the horizon line shows objects that you do not want in the picture, then it becomes a judgement call. Just zooming out a bit might make all the difference in the world.

Next time, try several shots with different zoom settings and with/without the ground/horizon and see what you think works the best.

I like it the way it is. By isolating the trees against the sky there's nothing to distract you from what the image is about, which I think conveys a sense of tropical humidity and warmth, with the cloudy skies and splayed leaves giving the impression of a steady but gusting breeze.

By simplifying the image down to these simple, core elements, the image takes on a somewhat surreal and dreamlike quality, allowing the viewer to fill in the gaps with whatever they choose to imagine. You might picture a tropical resort, a beach, or some California highway.

Maybe I'm just over-analyzing, but the fact that Boily didn't even mention where these were taken seems to reinforce my conclusion.
