Great abstract composition of the cups and saucers. The colors are a wonderful bonus. I noted that the inside colors of the cups are unique even though the saucers aren't. The only thing I would have perhaps tried to improve would be to increase the lighting on the right OR incrfease it on the left to provide a more obvious gradient to the lighting.

Lovely work.

I agree with all that Selvin said but would add that instead of shooting straight down, moving a bit to the front would give a little better perspective and show the colors better. Granted, the circles would become elipses in the photo but I think we could still count them as the circles they really are.

Great subject choice and I'm glad to find out that circles in elipse perspective will count as well....
