He's got that look like he just thought he might haveseenthe big dorsal of a great white, but isn't quite certain and really wants to surf.

Walter,

While surfing thru the net I met a man named Dan with an ode to spare:

"To surf or not to surf this is NOT the question.....the question
is are the waves head high and barreling or flat as a pancake.
Whether to melt in the sun only because there is no surf or to
lusciously snatch it bald headed off the lip.....this is the real
question.

Or perchance to dream of taking a flight to the land of Aus....er....

strike that, i meant to say Cali....no....what i mean is Flori......

no that's not it either i mean Pruneville, Ohio.

Yes, it is by far better to go there and attempt to surf those huge 60 footers
on lake michigan than go to any of those other sorry places.

And if sayest thou wilst say nee more and go there with me lest i kick
thee out the back door..........!"

Bye dudes
-Dan

Oh, about your picture. I thought for a moment whether or not it would meet the challegen since I wasn't into water sports with this challenge, that's for another time.
But the poor fellow wasn't water sporting he was contemplating and yes water does do that to us at times.

Cheers.

Selvin

Actually, he might have been one of those surfer "wanna-be's" just carrying a board around in the hopes of attracting girls. Not much chance of that, tho, on that chilly morning.

The wetsuit is the giveaway. Surfers in Huntington Beach wouldn't be caught dead in a wetsuit during the summer months.

I like this picture for it's contemplative look.

However, I think Selvin has "wiped out!" Let's all pray that the surf is up soon so that Selvin may return to "normal!"

BTW, Selvin only has to drive a few miles to find surf. Now if he could only find his board.......

Cal
