This is Helmcken Falls...it's the fourth highest waterfall in Canada (465 feet).

This rivals anything we've got here. Lovely composition. Water's enduring ability to shape the earth always captures my attention.

I agree! An excellent shot. The only distracting thing I see is some fringing around the cliff edge in the lower left corner. That may be jpeg artifacts caused by shrinking the image.

Wow...very impressive waterfall...better yet, very impressive capture of an impressive waterfall! Great colors andshutter control. I'd like to see a similar shot but taken with a faster shutter speed to freeze the water rather thanthe cotton look shown here.
