Hi Stitchbabe. By now, you should have a good idea how I react to photochopped images. I don't care for them too much. I like to see the image as it came from the camera. BW is ok as is normal "darkroom" type of adjustments (e.g. contrast, color balance, sharpness). I don't like to see "artistic" modifications to images. There are other forums for that.

The idea here is to get as good an image direct from the camera as possible. I would like to see the original image, either color or BW.

You've got a great subject here and I would like to see it clearly.

There, I've said it again!

Cal

Well, Cal, yes, I'm definitely getting the idea...heheh :G

I apologize. I have removed the image and replaced it with just a B&W version. Thanks for getting me on the right track...I respect your wishes...

Were it not for the missing parts this baby looks like it's coming straight at me.

Love the composition. Not sure I like the B/W.

I love "forgotten and slowly decaying into the underbrush machinery shots".

I don't suppose you would bless us with the color version? :-)

Hi Stitchbabe. Although it is not that different from the original, but I like this one better. It is much clearer. I sincerely hope you weren't offended by my comments as that was not my intention.

I like this photo for the reasons others have stated. I have some photos of some antique vehicles and farm equipment. I have three more pictures in my "Unique Oregon Farms" series so I may post some antiques later in the challenge period depending on activity. I don't want to hog the forum.
