The lines in the path in St David's Park Hobart aren't straight, but they are parralell and they do appear to converge in the distance.

Also there is a secondary but not so obvious convergence of the arches formed by the trees.

I have added some examples with lines drawn in yellow to Selvin's challenge description. I had an example with curved lines but couldn't figure out how to draw the smooth curved lines showing the convergance.

This is an excellent example of how you can achieve convergence with curved lines.

Very pretty shot, Phil. I like the contrast and various colors of the composition. The leaves on the ground certainly add beautyto the scene.

A nice sample of the vannishing point effect with curved lines. The covered archway of trees adds to the ambience and overall impact of the shot.
