While working on another project I came accross this. I hope that it fits the challange. It was taken at Picture Lake, thatsMt Shucksun in the reflection.

Very interesting shot. Is that a glacier on the mountain being reflected in the water or just a lot of snow? The Sandpiper is almost silhouetted. I'm not sure if it would be better with some additional light on it or completely silhouetted.

Great work and it definitely qualifies.

You've definitely got the reflection part. The silouette of the sandpiper is beautiful.

Keep up the good work

That is glacial ice in the reflection. It is difficult to get the bird any lighter in that it is backlit and brightening it would induce noise and softness. I liked the white ark of bird droppings on the rock counter to the ark on the bird's belly. So I lightened the bird just a little and called it good enough. I want to thank both Carl and Selvin for their dedication in responding to all of the posts. I appreciate your comments.
