My wife and I frequent SeaWorld Florida and love to spend time at the whale stadium. The facility is 7 millon gallons and a lot of Blue! THe whale pictured is Tilikum. He is 12,000 ponds and just under 23 feet long.

We are a little blue today! We planned to visit but weather (tropical storm) is bringing much needed rain!

Definetely a collection of blue. Very nice action capture. Did well against the heavy backlighting.

Aloha and welcometo the forum.

Nice shot. Here in Northern Cal we don't have EXIF data that would be nice.

Thanks for the replies. I have thoroughly enjoyed the forum andthe experience here has been a great help to me making equipment decisions. I have a Canon 20D and used a 70-200mm 2.8 lens on that shot. The lighting is tough in that stadium. As shown there it is either bright and sunny or very heavy with shadows.

Thanks again! HAPPY SHOOTING!
