I took these today. I am posting 3 in an effort to illustrate the shot. Yes I know 2 is the limit, forgive me.

#3 In search of more food. It took me over 2 hours trying to get a good frame of this bird flying to and from the nest. Weak at best.

Well……The last one is suppose to be. Like I said "weak at best". Timing is everything.

The wings don't appear to be open on any of the shots. But, on the last day anything goes, I suppose! Nice colors, though!

I've tried all week to get my backyard birds 'in flight'. Those little things move FAST! Closet I came was a yellow finch coming in fora landing at the feeder. He had already pulled his wings in but had not landed on the feeder yet. So, you got the 'take off" and I got the almost landed...LOL
