If this is whatI think you've done. Great job!

Could you fill us in on what you did. I'm curious to see if I was right.

It looks to me like you pointed a laser pointer at the moving pendulum. Great idea and great results. Well done.

The pendulum wasn't moving. It was two laser pointers, a hand pump flashlight, and a nine year old helper.

I played with it for about an hour trying to figure out how to paint the hands moving on the face of the clock... it was a no go. It always burnt out too much of the numbers.

So I stopped. I called to my little one to bring me a flashlight. Being 9 he brought me his fisher price hand pump little camper flshlight. I looked at it and went hmmmm....

One laser pointer was pointed in through the back corner of the clock and swirled in the pendulum. One pointed at the side and swirled around randomly where it would reflect. I had my baby sit in the chair and pump the flishlight a little then blast the clock face. We tried different configurations but that's the one that worked best.

It wasn't quite what I was going for in the beginning but it will take a little longer to figure that one out.

Like Cal I thought the pendulum was moving.

Nonetheless, having read your procedure, my hat's off to you.
