family reunion and this kept passing... so finally decided to take a pic... still kinda high shutter... 1/250 but you sense the motion i think

It's got the elements, but you're correct, the shutter speed might a tad fast or preferably a slight panning on the rider would have really emphasized the speed.

I can definitely see motion in the wheels. It looks like he's moving at fairly good speed.
