This is one case in which the dirt flying from the back of the vehicle gives the impression of the vehicle in motion. So while the blur etc are not really very evident, the other cues give the perception of motion.

What settings were you using?

I like it. The blast of dirt behind the rear wheels and the blurring of the wheels definitely shows some speed.
