Great shot. Are those the rocks on the south side of Heceta Head?

Awesome photo, squirl. Funny how Selvin used the word WOW. I just commented on a sunset shot saying that the WOW was not there. Well, it is certainly here. Was this taken with your D50? Remember my posting when I first bought my FZ20? Well, things are not as bad anymore. I'm improving. I'll send you an PM on the subject since you are a FZ20 master!

Great shot Squirrl! I'm guessing it's the same place (geographical area) as the photo I remember you submitted to Jim Brown for his "inspiration / motivational" management lecture some time ago.

This photo definitely has the "wow" factor. Love the colours and random birds scattered in the sky as silhouettes.

hi Paul,

actually, this is about 300 miles farther south, at Heceta Head, on the coast of central Oregon. the poster shot was taken at Ruby Beach, midway up the coast of Washington...

cheers!
