Not really sure if this is right or not. This was taken at a concert Sept. 2nd. The man in the photo is our church band's lead singer. They opened the night and as you can see the venue is pretty large.

Were you happy with this photo when you saw it on your computer? This is a typical example of improper metering but it certainly created very nice silhouettes of the band.

A nice silhouette of the band preparing for a concert...it must have been great to play in a large venue!

Tullio is right sometimes we get pleasant surprises - "serendipity". The trick is to know when they are fortuitous.

The important thing about these serendipitous shots is to remember how we did it and learn from it. EXIF data helps but it dosen't tell the whole story.
