Supposed to help AF issues. But a huge improvement IMO is the ability to now use the joystick to select any of the 19 focus points via new CF functions. I hated having to use the wheels so this is a big bonus for me.

the AF point selection is the best improvement..not tat i cared abt the AF issue coz i never found the camera wanting in demanding sunny situations.

But i always wanted to select te AF point a little faster..now this works like a charm..

Fantastic, just about to do this now, having control of the AF points is going to make a big difference for me as I found the two control method just too slow.
